House rules

Please follow these simple rules to help us take care of Casa Teresa.

• Smoking is not permitted inside. You may smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette ends safely.
• Turn off lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances whenever you leave.
• Close the gas-cylinder valve carefully after every use.
• Separate waste according to the recycling instructions provided.
• Before departure, dispose of all rubbish in the appropriate containers located in the village square. Otherwise, an additional cleaning charge may apply.
• Always close the garden gate, particularly if pets are present.
• Remove the cushions from the garden swing in the evening to protect them from humidity.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush sanitary products, wipes or other objects.
• Clean the barbecue and cooking grill after use.
• Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. Please respect our neighbours, especially at night.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Please report any damage or malfunction as soon as possible.
